It’s always wonderful to find new and healthy ideas that can help our bodies function better and can help us feel great overall. While we are not often taught just how important maintaining a healthy digestive tract is, much of our health and weight is affected by our body’s natural circulation.
Talking about bowel functions such as constipation, diarrhea and diseases caused by neglecting the health of the colon is not always a pleasant topic of conversation, but it’s worth investigating to learn how to improve our health and to avoid potential health problems that develop from having a high amount of toxins in the digestive tract.

There are some really effective and simple ways you can protect yourself and can keep your digestive tract healthy. Many people who are not particularly overweight or obese, may be carrying around 10 to 25 pounds of non-circulating dried fecal matter in their colons! People who are overweight, over-stressed, or even some people with certain severe allergies can easily have more than that.

The accumulated build up of non-circulating waste in the digestive tract can lead to colon toxicity, body imbalances, and can lead to further weight and health problems.

A wonderfully healthy first step towards cleaning the digestive tract can be by using this simple homemade recipe which involves a mixture of ginger, organic apples, sea salt and lemon.

You will need:
1 cup organic apple juice
2 tbsp. organic lemon juice
1 tbsp. organic ginger juice
½ tsp. of sea salt
½ cup purified warm water

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Using a juicer, juice the ingredients first (fruits, roots, etc.).
  2. Using a saucepan, add around 3.5 ounces of purified water and heat the water using a low flame. Heat
the water enough to dissolve salt, but not enough to boil.
  3. Pour the warm purified water into a glass and add the sea salt.
  4. Stir the water until all sea salt is dissolved.
  5. Add the apple, lemon juice and ginger to the glass and stir well.

Your healthy ginger, apple and lemon cleansing drink is now complete!
